Getting There From Canberra 		Simply Beach has been extensively renovated and is furnished in a very modern and comfortable style.

Simply Beach is appointed with every modern convenience including Dishwasher, Microwave, 68cm Flat Screen TV, Surround Sound plus DVD/CD/radio system, everything to ensure a relaxed and happy holiday.

There is an additional TV, DVD and XBox games machine (with 3 controllers) in the third bedroom, with a small selection of games and DVDs.

Simply Beach comprises three bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets, lounge room, dining room, kitchen, toilet, laundry and large outdoor balcony. You can view a floorplan layout with pictures of the rooms in section labelled Photos of Simply Beach.

Sleeping arrangements comprise of 3 bedrooms:
  • Bedroom One with queen size bed
  • Bedroom Two with trio bunk (single over double bed) and a single bed
  • Bedroom Three with queen size bed
Sleeping 8 people in total.

All Doonas and pillows are supplied - all you need to bring are your sheets, pillow cases, bath, beach and tea towels. Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request for an additional fee.
