Simply Beach is a newly renovated holiday house minutes walk from the beach with blue water views. Decorated in a very eclectic and modern beach style - with brand new kitchen and appliances including a Bosch dishwasher, Omega oven & gas stove top, new bathroom, toilets and a lovely timber rear deck.
Simply Beach has a spacious lounge area with 68cm flatscreen tv and surround sound, delightful open dining/kitchen area with 2.4 metre re-cycled timber table to seat everyone, a tv area with dvd and xbox for the kids, leading out on to the beautiful covered rear timber deck with modern outdoor setting and bbq area. The bathroom has a toilet and there is a second toilet in the internal laundry as well as an outdoor shower.
Simply Beach has a fully enclosed rear yard for those families with children. There is also plenty of off-street parking space.
